Shipping & Delivery
We ship to all of the Caribbean Islands, Guyana and the 48 continental US States. Most orders ship within 2 business days and should arrive within 4-6 business days. No orders are processed on weekends. If you live in Antigua, you may purchase online and pick it up at the store. Shipping to Barbuda is free. If you have your order number, you can see the status of your order by logging in to your account, or you can email us or call to check your order status. When calling or emailing, please provide your order number so that we may assist you. You can find your order number on the confirmation page at the end of the checkout process and in the confirmation email you received after you made your purchase.

Returns & Replacements
IT’S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU'RE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR MERCHANDISE. We accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted unless they are undamaged. To send an item back to us, please enclose the Anchoba.com invoice which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend that you purchase insurance as Anchoba.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee. Send your package to: Anchoba Marketing, Public Market Complex, #55, Valley Road, St. John, Antigua, West Indies. Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you email notification when your return has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non refundable. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
Ordering
Simply shop the website and add the items you like to your shopping Cart. When you are ready to place your order, click the Shopping Cart link on the top right of any page. On the Shopping Cart page either log in, if you've previously purchased from us, or click New Customer Checkout and follow the prompts. You will have the opportunity to select your shipping destination and preferred payment option during checkout. We encourage you to start the checkout process and provide us with your shipping address to receive accurate shipping rates for your order. Once you have selected your desired shipping option, we will calculate your order total. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
If you are a retailer who wishes to buy bulk or wholesale, please call the store and speak to our store manager. All orders placed on our website will be charged our full retail prices as shown online. We reserve the right to modify the price of any item at any time. If you see an item you want, and it's on sale, please shop quickly as quantities are limited and the sale may be ending soon. Once a sale ends and an item goes back to full price, we will no longer grant you a discount. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our online store may be mispriced through human error. When this occurs, we will take the necessary action to correct the error. If you purchased an item that was priced too high, we will notify you and issue you a refund. If you purchased an item that was priced too low, we will notify you and either cancel your order or collect payment for the difference. Payment Options - We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Debit cards are also accepted as long as they have a Visa or MasterCard logo. These cards are secure and provide for the fastest order processing. When you are ready to check out, click on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT BUTTON located on the bottom right hand corner of your shopping cart and follow the online instructions to complete your purchase.  PayPalPayPal payments are also accepted. When you are ready to checkout, click on the yellow CHECKOUT WITH PAYPAL BUTTON located at the bottom right hand corner of your shopping cart. Log into your Pay Pal Account and complete your purchase. You will be redirected back to our website once you have placed your order. ALL PRICES ON OUR WEBSITE ARE IN US DOLLARS.
Viewing Orders
If you have your order number, you can see the status of your order by logging into your account, or you can email or call us to check your order status. When calling or emailing us in reference to your order(s), please provide your order number so that we may be better able to assist you.  You can find your order number on the confirmation page at the end of your checkout process, and in the confirmation email you received after you made your purchase.
Updating Account Information
Please log into your account frequently and make sure we have your correct information including shipping/mailing address, telephone numbers and email address so that we may be better able to assist you.  Not only does it help to get your purchases to you in a timely manner, we also run various promotions from time to time and we do not want you to miss out on any bargains, therefore, it is imperative that you keep your account information up to date.
